Your primary responsibilities are being responsible for their Software Tooling, ITSM installations and knowledge applications. Gathering stakeholder requirements and then turning those requirements into best of breed solutions.
The right person will have a good mix of:
- Previous experience in Process architectural design and implementation
- Demonstrable knowledge in operational tooling and ITSM installations and knowledge applications
- Demonstrable knowledge of application support at an Enterprise level
- Ability to capture business requirements from all areas of the business and provide fit for purpose requirements and solutions
- Expertise in analysing and troubleshooting large-scale distributed systems and the associated support tooling and dashboarding
- Strong verbal and written communication, robust interaction with stakeholders and other members of the team
- People management and leadership skills.
- Demonstrate a proactive approach and get things done
- Ability to apply learned skills, awareness beyond the immediate area/role
- Ability to work under pressure, flexible, positive and focused during times of changes
