We are recruiting on behalf of a global software house that is recognised for its investment in people including excellent training and career opportunities.
They are looking for an experienced IT Service Desk Analyst / Application Support Analyst who has a strong background in Business to Business (B2B) IT Helpdesk and Software Support. You will have excellent communication skills and will be able to prioritise calls on a busy External Customer Service Desk. This team work on external customer projects, involving some installation and testing of the software products as well as Support. Any experience of ERP & Software Applications and/or MS Windows Server, Networking, Sharepoint, SQL Server would be a huge advantage as would any Visual Studio. An ITIL qualification would also be considered highly.
