This role will cover the core components of:
Application Portfolio Management
Release Management
Business Relationship Management
The right candidate will need to have a strong grasp of ITIL, specifically Transition / Release / Change, and be an exceptional communicator at all levels, with a history of leading business change initiatives. Experience of Salesforce would also be highly desirable as they lean heavily on this for marketing and sales activity.
Experience and Skills:
Core experience of leading on an IT Applications strategy and roadmap build plus roll-out
Core experience of Application Rationalisation and Application Portfolio Management
Experience of EMEA regional work and cultural impact – multi-site and multi-lingual environments
Experience of managing multiple teams – 3rd line support / testers / QA
Experience working with the Executive on future IT direction from an Apps Support perspective
Desirable to have an understanding of the Gartner TIME model
ITIL experience is desirable – specifically Service Design area
Other key areas of technology: Microsoft, Cloud Tech, Salesforce, ServiceNow
Expected salary: £130000 per year
