Full Time – Permanent + On Call
McGregor Boyall is partnering with a Global Law firm to assist them in the growth of their IT and Support function up in Manchester. We are looking for 3 experienced Application Support professionals who will be responsible for the day-to-day operational support of the various applications within the application portfolio. We have over 5000 members of staff across the UK and in multiple locations. The ideal candidates will have experience working within large fast-paced organizations and have the ability to manage and resolve escalated issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Resolve Complex Issues and solve system problems, ensuring procedures and processes are followed for system changes
- System Maintenance, Administration, and Monitoring of applications
- Assist in the planning of Projects and keeping up to date with the latest tool and technology
- Communicate any issues and updates with the broader team and management.
Skills and Experience
- Active Directory (and Azure AD)
- Windows Servers OS
- SQL DBA & SQL Scripting Troubleshooting & pattern analysis
- MS Office Apps & integrations
- HR systems
- Cloud-based systems: SaaS, PaaS, IaaS
