Be part of a business that recognises and rewards talent…As our Shop Floor Supervisor at our store in Shandwick Place, you’ll make sure that the store runs like clockwork. That means supporting other staff, making sure they’re familiar with systems and helping to deliver training. You’ll also be responsible for handling orders and dealing directly with customers. Shandwick place has been established for 16 years, with staff who have been here from the very start. Our store has just had a brand new shop fit, allowing for 4 new testing rooms, which now means we have 10 test rooms. We have an OCT machine and plenty of opportunity for development. We need a determined and established supervisor who is able to help and support our shop floor team, from Optical Assistans to Optometrists.
