YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
You will support the IKEA store to improve the “meeting with the customer” by delivering on daily operational standards, efficiency and quality of service. You will ensure payment is handled in a reliable, efficient, accurate and friendly way. You will offer the customer product knowledge and services available to meet the individual’s needs. You will ensure accuracy and understand the impact of stock inventory.
In this role your key tasks will include;

• Demonstrating a commitment to quality customer service with ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for our customer
Ability to work fast pace environment dealing with a high volume of customers
• Ensuring efficient service whilst ensuring accuracy and attention to detail

• Support the store in achieving the financial goals and targets
• Manual handling required for the role
As our store operates 7 days per week, closing at 9pm every day, the successful applicant must have availability to work until 9:30pm and available across a range of day and evening shifts. You must be available to work 3 out of 4 weekends
